How does it work?
1.) Book an initial session, either insurance or self pay.
2.) Fill out the emailed forms.
3.) Meet for your session!
During this. I do a comprehensive nutrition assessment using your personal goals, health history, food & cultural preferences, daily lifestyle schedule. I listen to your personal situation & make recommendations (nutrition coaching/therapy, meal ideas, supplements, activity, etc).
We work together to build goals to focus on until the next session.
4.) We reconnect on the next session, evaluate progress, & set new goals.
