What to expect
After you book:
I will send you my intake forms to fill out prior to our session.
During your first session:
We get to know each other better via a comprehensive nutrition assessment. We will review your personal goals, health profile (symptoms, lab work from your doctor’s office, any medical diagnosis ), food & cultural preferences, and daily lifestyle schedule. I listen to your personal situation & make recommendations (nutrition coaching/therapy, meal ideas, supplements, activity, etc). We work together to build goals to focus on until the next session.
During follow up sessions:
We reconnect, evaluate progress, barriers, answer questions & set new goals.
In-network Insurance
Initial Medical Nutrition Therapy (60-90 minutes) : Variable per your insurance.
Follow up Consultation Medical Nutrition Therapy (30-60 minutes): Variable per your insurance.
Out-of-network Insurance
You pay at 100% each visit.
I provide a Superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
Self/Cash Pay *
Initial Consultation (60-90 minutes): $180 self pay discount applies
Follow-up Consultation (60 minutes) : $150 self pay discount applies
Follow-up Consultation (30 minutes) : $75 self pay discount applies
**A limited number of sliding scale price visits are available to those who need financial support in order to receive nutrition therapy care.
