Jacqueline Ayoub RDN, LD

Why hello there! My name is Jacqueline (Jacque). I am chef, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, & Licensed Dietitian currently practicing in the Austin, Texas area. I graduated from The University of Texas at Austin’s Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics program, & currently practice both nutrition & culinary arts in the area.

Growing up in Houston, Texas, I was always surrounded by a rich, diverse culture of food. Vietnamese, Chinese, Indian, Mexican, Mediterranean….you name it! I loved learning from friends’ grandmothers about spices & unique, fresh, ingredients. This inspired me to further develop my studies in different cuisines of the world via traveling.

In many cultures, food is love- food brings us together, & can be a source of fun & tradition. But most importantly, food helps to nourish & heal. When you put food into your body, not only are you satisfying your physical hunger, but you are providing miraculous nutrients to fuel your entire body.

In our Western society, we run at a million miles a minute. We are often “too busy” to take care of ourselves despite increased stress, poor sleep, & poor diet. This can lead to severe health consequences! We are often quick to revert to medication with crazy side effects that temporarily “addresses” the issue. Don’t get me wrong, Western Medicine can be very useful for certain cases. But a lot of times, it can cover up the root cause— many of which are diet related. I’ve witnessed the toll of a busy lifestyle first hand with close friends & family members, & have dedicated my studies & practice to help them & others like them.

Join me in a journey for true health & healing.
It can be tough to change habits, but we are in this together.
