How does a session work?
1.) I do a comprehensive nutrition assessment upon your first session.
To do this, I look at your:
Health profile (symptoms, lab work from your doctor’s office, any medical diagnosis )
Food & cultural preferences
Daily lifestyle schedule
2.) I listen to your personal situation & make recommendations (nutrition coaching/therapy, meal ideas, supplements, activity, etc)
3.) We work together to build goals to focus on until the next session.
4.) We reconnect on the next session, evaluate progress, & set new goals.
